I called Empire because my 11 year old water heater was showing signs of age and I was worried it was going to go out or leak everywhere. Andrew came out and was very informative and honest about my options, and was able to install the new water heater the very next day for a very fair price. Andrew from Empire was amazing! We received several word-of-mouth recommendations for him when our basement pipe burst in our rental property during the big snow storm this year. We also were needing some upgraded plumbing in our current home, as well as a new water softener. He was responsive, reasonably priced, and never made us feel like he was pushing us to do something unnecessary. He was super easy to communicate with and we trusted his work and his word.
